I call these open front long vest. Cardigan maybe . . .I purchased three of these for a D.C. trip.They dressed up shorts and for the street. Also, they made great to wear with leggings for night time wear. Since, I wear quiet often. I feel comfortable and confident wearing these. They take a questionable outfit and make it appropriate.I have now purchased some in longsleeve for cooler weather.
