Very nice, well-made zip sweater. I ordered a med. I'm 5' 6" 125 lbs. sizing is just right for me.Didn't want to get the dude's color scheme (don't like to attract attention in public) so went witht the blue/brown. Amazing sweater, worth the money. Wish it wasn't 32 degrees Celsius so I could actually start rocking it right now. Was originally gonna go with the XL but went with the L and am glad I did. It fits perfectly, over a long sleeved button down shirt. I have average arm length and the sleeves are a good fitThe sweater had no odor except the very slightest (barely noticeable) smell of new wool which went away after being out of packaging for less than an hourI would consider this a mid weight sweater. I'll be wearing it around the house during the cold Maine WinterThe Amazon description clearly states: "Side seam pockets" This is wrong, there are no pockets on this sweater. Other reviews have also corrected this info so Amazon or Seller should fix the descriptionThe mysterious collar button. Mine has that button on one side (underside) of the collar. On the opposite side, I looked and looked (using a bright light and my finger) and I cannot see or feel a corresponding buttonhole nor a loop. But Pendleton did provide an extra spare button in a small plastic bag included with the sweater I guess the buttonhole got lost during the shipment from ChinaI am very happy with this sweater and am glad I finally ordered it from Amazon (at a competitive price, too)Too loose around the waist, too tight in the armholes. I am now wearing an older Pendelton wool sweater that doesn't have those problems. too bad; the sweater I sent back did have a nice heavy feel to it.Not just for dudes. I purchased the XS for myself. Saved almost $140 versus the ladies option in the same style. Sure it might not have pockets but for less than half price I can live with putting things somewhere else. Super warm and cozy. Wore it out in single degree temps and was comfy. Love it so much I scored “The Dude” version. Will lay in wait for other colors to go on sale. Until then I’ll be living in these.I like to think of this sweater as a mix between a poncho, A shawl, a blanket, and a cardigan. I like it to be long enough for my torso. I originally bought the XL, but found it to short and baggy. If I’m going to have a baggy sweater it might as well be long enough. It is actually very comfortable to sleep in with my pajama bottoms and a t-shirt. I may even go bowling. Great for South Dakota winters under my coat.The cardigan is everything we wanted and more. My fiancé loves the movie The Big Lebowski and has wanted this cardigan for years. I finally caved and bought it for him. He fits a small/medium but got him a small based on reviews to size down and it fits perfectly. It is excellent quality and so warm!
